Dutch Harbor Mooring

JYC is pleased to offer complimentary use of a Dutch Harbor Mooring as part of your membership.  Here’s where it is and how to use to:
The position of the mooring is 41° 29′ 47.040″ N, 071° 23′ 40.257″ W
The mooring is marked by a line storage buoy with green reflective tape around the top rim.   The buoy indicates JYC members only. If you do arrive and find a non-member boat on the mooring hail the Jamestown Harbormaster for assistance.
The mooring is first come, first served.
There is no rafting.
Maximum stay:  three nights.
No unattended overnight boats allowed.
The maximum length for a boat on the mooring is 50 feet.
Any JYC member in good standing who flies a club burgee from the mast is eligible to use the mooring.
If you are a member in good standing borrowing or chartering a boat, you are eligible to fly your burgee and use the mooring.
But don’t charter your boat to nonmembers and supply them with your burgee for this purpose.
The Jamestown Harbor Master will have a copy of member names as well as boat names.
