Waiting for “The Season”
It is that waiting time……..
Not the gray remains of winter
But not the lemony green of newly-spring spring.
The sun is now warm on my face
But the breeze still gusts coldly, what is left
of winter.
We wait restlessly, eager to begin
the scrubbing, sanding, painting preparations that lead to our freedom in the wind
on the waves.
Hope you all are enjoying a healthy and restful off season.

Many, many, many thanks to our dedicated volunteers who put our season together, from Race Committee on the water, on the shore, providing boats and updating our website with results! Without our regular volunteers, we wouldn’t have such great racing: Polly Alphonso, Richard Eberhard, Gary & Lesley Engelson, Roy Guay, Anne Lane, Jack Rienzo, John Sahagian, Mike & Colleen Schnack, and Kate Shuhy.
