JYC protest time limit for Summer Race 6 only is hereby extended indefinitely to specifically allow for investigation into tug/barge incident. All other protests have the same 24 hour time limit.

Dock start. Very fluky wind with lots of gusts. We had a 150 degree wind shift just before the start so glad we got everyone off.

Due to weather today racing was canceled. What a start to the 2022 season! Sorry folks.
